Jakarta, PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (Danasyariah), made a working visit to Lampung for three days on 12 - 14 November 2024. This activity aims to strengthen relations with property industry players and monitor the development of projects that have been funded by Danasyariah in the regions. .
The first visit was filled with monitoring a number of property projects that had received financing from Danasyariah. This step is taken to ensure that the projects proceed according to plan, as well as provide support to local development partners.
Furthermore, Danasyariah also attended and participated in the 11th Regional Conference (Musda) of the Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Lampung, which took place at the Swiss-Belhotel Lampung. In this event, Salman Alfarisie, Danasyariah Marketing Manager, had the opportunity to give a presentation about the various property financing services offered by Danasyariah. To make it easier for participants to get detailed information, Danasyariah also opened a booth at the event location.
Apart from that, this working visit was also used to expand networks and build collaboration with various property associations in Lampung. Danasyariah held meetings and gatherings with administrators and members of several Property Associations in Lampung such as the Indonesian Housing Developers Association (Apperindo) Lampung, Indonesian Developers (PI) Lampung, and the Association of Settlement and Public Housing Developers (Himperra) Lampung.
This visit not only strengthens Danasyariah's presence in Lampung, but also opens up new cooperation opportunities. And it is hoped that Danasyariah can continue to contribute to supporting the national property industry, especially in Lampung, so that it can provide wider benefits to the community.
